The journey continues...
You follow a brick path into a beautiful garden. You don't have to worry about temperature extremes here or bugs (except ladybugs and dragonflies). There's even an electrical outlet over there for your laptop :)

There's also a wild-haired professor. You think he looks like an unmade bed. But something in his voice catches your ear. "What do we need to learn?" he asks the assembled group before him. "How to get by in life, how to take care of our bodies, how to understand our finances--these are ESSENTIAL!"

"But there's SO much more!" he bellows. "Archeology, art, drama, history, language arts, math, science!" He gestures to a large monitor that appears out of the ground. "These are supposed to be for elementary teachers, but there's some great stuff here!" He calls up a website.

You barely have time to jot down the url before he's off to another site, this one specifically about history.

"And here's a free dictionary and thesaurus service that even gets into the meaning of dreams and medical terms, too." Again the screen fills with the requested page.

"More than 15,000 How-to Solutions are available here," he enthuses, bringing up the site.

"And don't miss these, specifically for Art, Dance, Drama, Literature, Music, Shortwave Radio and Spectator Hobbies!" He quickly navigates to the information.

"Here you can find useful information and knowledge about a variety of topics." He smiles broadly.

Still scribbling madly, you slip into one of the park benches nearby.

"How about how to get your foot in the door of the music business?" he asks, pulling up a site.

"Or maybe you're interested in Photojournalism!" He keys in the New York Times site.

"Take it from me. If you're not learning, your dying," he intones. "But I don't know how you can get anywhere if you're conflicted about which way to go. Just pick a direction and go in it." His smile is dazzling.
